    • Pet Policy Our community welcomes pets and supports a behavior-based pet approval process. We do not restrict dogs based on breed; however, all dogs must meet the community’s pet policy requirements before move-in. • No Breed Restrictions: Dogs are approved based on behavior and temperament, not breed. • Weight Limit: Pets must weigh 80 lbs. or less. • Pet Interview Required: All applicants with dogs must complete a mandatory pet interview with the Property Manager before lease approval. o Pet Must Be Present: The dog must be present during the pet interview so the team can assess basic temperament and behavior. o Behavior Review: The interview helps identify signs of aggression, extreme fear, or other behavior concerns that could impact community safety. • Required Documentation: Before the pet interview, applicants must provide: o Current vaccination records o A current photo of the dog o Any known incident history, including bites, animal control reports, or similar documentation • Pet Addendum Required: A signed Pet Addendum and completed pet interview are required before move-in. • Resident Responsibilities: Pet owners are expected to follow all leash rules, clean up after their pets, and maintain responsible pet behavior at all times. • Ongoing Pet Approval: If a pet becomes aggressive, disruptive, or creates safety concerns after move-in, pet privileges may be reviewed and may be revoked. For questions about the pet policy, required documentation, or the pet interview process, please contact the Leasing Office.

    • NON SMOKING POLICY Smoke-Free Community Policy Our community is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, interior common areas, offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, laundry rooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, amenity areas, patios, balconies, porches, or within 25 feet of any building. This policy applies to all residents, occupants, guests, visitors, vendors, service providers, and employees. For the purposes of this policy, “smoking” includes the use or possession of any lit cigar, cigarette, pipe, tobacco product, marijuana product, or similar item, as well as e-cigarettes, vape pens, and other vaping devices. Residents are responsible for ensuring that their household members and guests follow this policy. Violations may be considered a lease violation and may result in charges for smoke-related odor, residue, damage, or cleaning. Please refer to your lease agreement and community policies for full details.
